Our products can be ordered in Swedish, English.

Delivery time
Our delivery time is currently 3-5 days within Sweden and 7-10 days to countries within the EU and Norway and Switzerland for finished products.
The delivery time for fabrics by the meter is 4-6 weeks. The delivery time for the fabrics is due to the fact that these are printed on demand as we don’t have them in stock.

Delivery within Sweden
We have a unit shipping fee of 70 SEK and we use PostNord as our shipping supplier.
Orders above 800 SEK are shipped without shipping fees.

Delivery outside of Sweden
To countries within the EU (not counting Sweden) as well as Norway and Switzerland, the shipping fee is SEK 90 (€9).
Orders over SEK 800 are sent free of charge.
We use PostNord as our shipping supplier.

Fabrics by the running meter
Smallest quantity to order by the running meter is 0,5m.
We accept orders via sales@vanjepp.com when the order is bigger than 10 meters of fabrics by the running meter. All other orders are made via our webshop.
We are not able to cut the fabrics you order by the running meter.

Age limit
If you as a client are under the age of 18, the guardian’s permission must be obtained before the purchase is made.

Our photos
We are constantly working to ensure that our images show the colors correctly, but it can differ between seeing the product on a screen and in real life. You can order fabric samples if you want to see the fabrics beforehand.

Cooling off period
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of cooling off period (right of return)*.
Return notification is to be provided no later than 14 days after you have received your delivery. The notification shall be made by e-mail to sales@vanjepp.com. You have the right to open the packaging to examine the product but leave all labels on the product.
*No right of cooling off period or return on fabrics by the running meter, horses or art works.

You are responsible for the return shipping fee. If it is a small light item, you can use stamps. But if you send traceable, you have proof that you have really sent the item back and you can see when we receive the return.
Make sure that you package the return properly so that it doesn’t break during transport.
We are not able to collect returns at the delivery point.
We do not redeem returns sent for demand/cash advance.

Complaints
If an item should be damaged or faulty by delivery, contact us at sales@vanjepp.com and we will help you.
We will then replace the item with a new faultless item or refund you for the item, and send you a return shipping label for the faulty item.
Van Jepp always provides return shipping in the case of damaged or faulty goods.
In the event of a dispute resolved by either the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR), Van Jepp always follows the general complaints board’s or EU ODR’s recommended resolutions.

Refunds
In case of cooling off period or complaint where the customer does not request new goods, Van Jepp will refund the order amount or cancel the invoice within 7 days from the date the returned item has been received.

Unclaimed packages
For goods that are not collected on time, but returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 250 SEK.

Personal data

When you order goods at Van Jepp, your name and address are registered in our order system for any future orders. We save your data until we hear from you otherwise. You can notify us at any time if you do not want to be a customer with us anymore and you will notify us by email to sales@vanjepp.com. We do not pass on your personal information to third parties i.e. other companies/businesses.
You have the right to receive an extract of all the information we have about you.

In order to deliver your orders, we share certain information with our shipping booking system and our shipping provider. The information shared is first and last name, address, mobile number and email.

Cookies
In addition to the information you provide in connection with purchases, newsletter notifications and other services, vanjepp.com uses cookies. Read more about our cookies and information about how you can delete cookies here.

If you don’t want Van Jepp to identify your computer, mobile, etc. using cookies, you can also read in the link above how you can delete or block cookies in your browser.

On every visit to the website – regardless of whether there is a cookie – we record the user’s type of browser, operating system, host and URLs of the pages that access the desired pages. This data is used in a single and anonymized chart for statistical analysis of how the website is used in general.

The right to be forgotten
You have the right to be deleted from our system at any time (with some limitations, such as the Accounting Act).

Payment
Payment via Klarna
In order for us to offer you Klarna’s payment method, we need to share some of your personal data with Klarna, such as contact and order information, in order for Klarna to assess whether you can be offered their payment methods and to tailor the payment methods for you.

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms and conditions for paying within 14 days can be found here. (Klarna Faktura)
  • Account: Klarna Konto is an account credit provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to part-pay their purchases monthly at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total amount of credit used or in accordance with the terms and conditions approved at the cash register.   • Pay Direct: Automatic draw from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be charged about two business days after the purchase has been completed or that the item has been sent.   • Bank transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.
