The shipping fee is SEK 70 within Sweden.
To countries within the EU (not counting Sweden) as well as Norway and Switzerland, the shipping fee is SEK 90 (€9).
Orders over SEK 800 are sent free of charge.
Our delivery time is currently 3-5 days within Sweden and 7-10 days to countries within the EU and Norway & Switzerland for finished products.
The delivery time for fabrics by the meter is 4-6 weeks. The delivery time for the fabrics is due to the fact that these are printed on demand as we don’t have them in stock.
Yes, all our prices include VAT.
As a customer with us, you have a 14-day right of return*.
Notice of return is given, by e-mail to sales@vanjepp.com, no later than 14 days after you received your delivery.
You have the right to open the packaging to examine the product, but leave all labels and the like on the product.
* No right of return on fabric, horses or works of art.
You are responsible for the return shipping.
Make sure you pack the return properly so that it does not break during transport.
We do not have the opportunity to pick up returns at the delivery point.
Always let us know at sales@vanjepp.com before sending anything back.
If your package is not picked up on time, but returned to us, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of 250 SEK.
Yes and no.
Yes: The unique horses there are only one of each and they are, as the name shows, unique. So it’s the horse you see that you buy
No: The series-made horses, half and whole, are made of the same pattern on the same kind of fabric within the series but can have minimal variations.
This is because the inner pillow then fills in the pillow case in a good way and you avoid sloppy corners.
If you are not sure about the fabric, order the minimum quantity of 50 cm.

Our fabrics are woven and printed within the EU.
The production is GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), which guarantees that all our fabrics are produced and printed in accordance with the highest ecological and social criteria. Products eligible for certification must be free of toxic dyes, heavy metals, formaldehyde and genetically modified organisms. The origin of GOTS-certified fibers must be completely natural and all raw materials must be harvested from sustainable farms.
No, the horses are not made to be used as toys.
You can use the fabrics for your own use. If you want to manufacture products to sell, you need to contact us for licensing rights, etc.
